The intimate May Street location is in a quaint, turn-of-the-century cottage, while Jade Serenity Spa at Villa Grande on Saxon welcomes you to the resort-like ambiance of the Oasis Club House and offers hair salon services in addition to relaxing spa treatments.

Spa Protocol:

• To guarantee a relaxing visit for all of Jade Serenity Spa guests, we ask that you please mute pagers and cell phones during your visit with us.
• Reservations: To reserve two or more spa services valued at $90 or more, we require a credit card, gift card, or gift certificate number.
• Check in: We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client, a profile will be completed prior to your service.
• Children: Children receiving services are always welcome. However, if it is necessary for you to bring your small child while you receive your spa treatments, please bring another adult to supervise for safety reasons and for the benefit of you and other spa clients.
• Gratuities: Gratuities are appropriate for exceptional services. The average gratuity for a spa service is 15% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
