Yoga with Eneida Likes  Eneida is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and student. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance. In addition to her Kripalu yoga teacher certification, she has also completed 150 hours of Purna Yoga teacher training with Aadil Palkhivala, an internationally renowned Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga Centers in Bellevue, Washington.During the last 10 years she has attended numerous workshops and yoga conferences in an effort to enhance her own personal practice and share these experiences with others.Eneida’s teaching style has been influenced by Kripalu, Iyengar and Ashtanga styles of yoga. When guiding a class, her intention is to create a safe and noncompetitive atmosphere that honors each person physically, emotionally and spiritually.Eneida is also co-director of Visuddha Yoga Teacher Training, a Yoga Alliance registered school. Students graduate with a 200 hour level certification.

Most importantly, she is passionate about yoga and aims to live her life in accordance with yogic principles and philosophy in the midst of modern life. She believes that the tools and discipline we learn on the mat will serve us well in our daily life.

Yoga is an ancient Indian art of stretching and breath control that can improve your flexibility and circulation through a series of poses and body positions combined with a meditative state of mind. Experience the amazing feeling you get form this rigorous but gentle combination of exercise and meditation. Yoga with Daya Devi-Doolin Daya Devi-Doolin has been involved with Hatha Yoga since 1963. She has studied with John Friend (Anusara Yoga Founder), Doug Keller (Anusara), Amrit Desai (Kripalu Ashram), Yogi Shantananda and Yogi Bharat Gajjar (Sivananda Yoga).She is very knowledgeable and her style of teaching is very gentle, flowing and loving. She will work with you at YOUR Level. If you are a Senior and would like to join the class, chairs will be available for you to participate at your level of mobility.Daya Devi-Doolin is one of the most respected Hatha Yoga teachers in the area. She has been a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher at the 500 Level and NESTA Certified Fitness, Mind and Body Specialist since 2002.

Yoga with Susan McQuillan Susan fell in love with yoga from her first class. Experiencing Bikram, Yin, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Gentle Yoga, she teaches a blend of the different styles.Susan has been teaching yoga since 2001 at a local YMCA, and several other facilities over the years. She has also taught Chair Yoga at a local retirement community, and is currently working with a quadriplegic with amazing results.She has various teacher trainings and has also completed the Visuddha Yoga 200 hour teacher training, a Hatha focused yoga program, and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. She is following her dreams…teaching others the gift of yoga.Namaste.
