Interchangeable with all classes.
 
Private, One-On-One Yoga Session (75 minutes) – $70 
Yoga Spa Party – Choose one or more spa services (regular or sale price) per person in your group of up to ten and add $60 for a 75-minute yoga class for the entire group! 
Add a catered, gourmet lunch or breakfast for $12 per person.
Private Group Yoga Classes – $10.00 per person

Rolling and Yoga

Wednesday,9:00 am – 10:30 am and  6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

 Eneida is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and student and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance.  In addition to her Kripalu yoga teacher certification, she has completed 150 hours of Purna yoga teacher training with Aadil Palkhivala, an internationally renowned yoga teacher and founder of Yoga Centers in Bellevue, Washington.  During the last 10 years she has attended numerous workshops and yoga conferences in an effort to enhance her own personal practice and share these experiences with others.  Eneida’s teaching style has been influenced by Kripalu, Iyengar and Ashtanga styles of yoga.  When guiding a class, her intention is to create a safe and noncompetitive atmosphere that honors each person physically, emotionally and spiritually.Eneida is co-director of Visuddha Yoga Teacher Training, a Yoga Alliance registered school.  Students graduate with a 200 hour level certification.  Most importantly, she is passionate about yoga and aims to live her life in accordance with yogic principles and philosophy in the midst of modern life. She believes that the tools and discipline we learn on the mat will serve us well in our daily life.Yoga is an ancient Indian art of stretching and breath control that can improve your flexibility and circulation through a series of poses and body positions combined with a meditative state of mind.  Experience the amazing feeling you get form this rigorous but gentle combination of exercise and meditation.  It’s helpful for alleviating back problems and improving the digestive system, circulatory, immune, skeletal and lymphatic systems.  It strengthens, lengthens, tones and aids in bringing peace and healing to all parts of the body, mind and spirit.

    I’d like to attend the beginners yoga class Monday. Can I just show up or do I need to do anything first? Thank you!

    Dear Laura,

    Thank you for your inquiry about the beginners yoga class every Monday. Pre-registration isn’t required and you can just show up. If you don’t have a mat for the first class, we have one you can use. Otherwise, you can bring a mat. We hope to see you soon.
